Gulliver Sideburns – Two Sides And The Truth
(Ollie Laitinen – 2015)
A multi-talented dude from Helsinki, Finland who throws a variety of styles into the album from straight rock to the grunge of the mid 90's and early party of the millennium.
The dozen filled album has a good few gems on it to be discovered that include the opening rocker 'Roll The Dice'; the U2 meets The Cult of 'Searching For The Light'; the lovely ballad entitled 'Memory Of Your Face'; the Alice In Chains like 'Truth' and the quiet live effort that is 'Never Let Go' although I have a feeling the crowd may be stolen from elsewhere.
A decent album.
