Young Scottish Rockers release their debut on us that cannot be pigeonholed into any particular rock genre at all since there are a variety of styles to be found in here.

Elements of Rock, Blues, slight Indie and Southerness plus more on the album that was produced at Vale Studios in the Midlands by Toby Jepson (Frontman of Little Angels / Wayward Sons). They comprise of Connor Gaffney (Vocals); Lawrence O' Brien (Guitar); Mattew Quigley (Bass) and Scott Hanlon (Drums).

Highlights include the opening 'Blood & Irony' that was co-written by Ricky Warwick (The Almighty / Black Star Riders) that has almost a Sparks meet The Darkness vibe about it. In fact that famed 80's Rocker even features on another called 'Dead Run' he also co-wrote that is the standout – a really great ballsy rocker aimed at someone who has obviously upset them – the best track on the album alongside the delta-felt 'Voodoo' though 'Stone Cold Hearted' grabs my attention quite a bit.

An okay release that will most probably grow on you.

7/10
