Well what can be said for this incredible extravaganza of all things Metal? Well from the off, Organiser, Pat Gesualdo pulled the stops out by ensuring that this time it was taking place on the stip – the one last year was not the best location to say the least but it's pretty obvious that error was corrected. You simply cannot put a foot wrong when it's hosted where legends have stayed, played, partied and got laid...

 

This year was very much a who's who in the Metal Kingdom where a lot of the time you did not need to be told who many folk on the Red Carpet were – some were friends of many of us anyway... hahaha... well that's what happens if you live there or have been as many times as I have right since 2009! The place is a second home to me to be honest... 1st home one day... if only I could afford it right??

 

The carpet was pretty tight – a right squeeze, so it's a good job most of us were pretty skinny so we could all fit in for the media coverage. So many big names were present... Graham Bonnett, Chris Holmes, Rikki Rockett, Wendy Dio and Chad Smith to name but a few.. even members of Ratt & Quiet Riot were present and Rockwell who was watching us as well...

 

Check out the off the cuff short and sometimes shaky Interviews. Some of which are very much ad-lib since none of us hardly knew who was arriving on the carpet next and we just had 1 question each if we were not Radio or TV Organisations - no pressure right??? Some are great and others not so great... all realised on the ever dependable Samsung A16 Android Phone as well as the selection of usable.... just about.... photos....
